RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

The customer will have a period of 15 business days from the receipt of their order or purchase order to make changes in sizes, models or returns according to the conditions of our warranty policy.

 

Reasons valid for return or exchange

 

  • If the product delivered to the customer is different from the one requested
  • If the product delivered was broken, damaged or in poor condition
  • If the delivered product does not fit your size

 

CINCSPORT is responsible for changing products without shipping costs, for customers residing in Spain. Those customers residing outside of Spain and the Canary Islands must bear the costs of returning to Cincsport and the company assumes the cost of shipping the new product. Outside of Spain and the Canary Islands, the cost of shipping is borne by the Client.

Once the product has been returned and entered into Cincsport, the return or exchange conditions will be examined. If everything is correct, Cincsport will proceed to make the change or refund of the purchase amount by bank transfer to the account that the customer designates or reverses the amount if it has been paid by credit card.

The client must send an e-mail to administracion@cincsport.com specifying the reference of the order or order, the reason for the change or return of the money, and whenever possible, attach clear images of the wrong item or of the defective part. Once this information is received, together with the product, we will proceed to change and send the requested product or the money back.

 

No changes are allowed for items

 

  • Used articles
  • Size changes for custom items (Custom)
  • Faded or weakened items in tissue properties due to misuse / care in treatment, washing or drying
  • Items purchased with more than 3 months from the date of delivery of the same

Cincsport offers a 3 month guarantee for all its products, both Collection and Custom, provided that the conditions described are met along with the recommendations for use and care indicated on the label of each garment.

SHIPPING DATA

The customer will have to indicate the shipping address. The shipping will be carried out by means of a courier service. Cincsport isn’t responsible for the costs that may cause an incomplete or wrong shipping address specified by the customer .

 

SHIPPING COSTS

In the prices specified in CINCSPORT.COM the shipping costs are not included. These will vary according to the shipping destination. The customer will be informed of these costs in the same web site.

 

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

The products of Cincsport sent in the shop online CINCSPORT.COM, can be delivered in countries of all around the world.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time on orders carried out during weekdays is 48-72 hours for products that we have in stock (deliveries in Spain). If the purchase is Europe or outside Europe, the estimated delivery time is maximum 15 days.

If the customer places his order on weekends, the delivery could be delayed 24 hours more.

In the event of triathlon suits customized with the nickname, the delivery time is up to 24 days. In the case of other personalized products, shipments take up to 6 weeks.
