Cinc products can only be purchased through:
At Cinc.com you can use credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) except American Express.
We work with the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES), a system that guarantees security when making purchases on the Internet.
DELIVERIES AND DEADLINES
Cinc works with leading companies in the parcel delivery sector (MRW, SEUR, FEDEX…).
If there is any expense due to a wrong address or an incomplete delivery address, it will be assumed by the customer.
Cinc works with a delivery time between 3 and 5 days for products in stock and 10 to 15 days for specific products or without stock.
Cinc will not be responsible for the non-respect of these terms, in case of force majeure, strikes (of transport), etc.
All prices shown on Cincsport.com are calculated excluding shipping costs.
These costs will vary according to the destination and will appear separately from the price of the product.
Paid shipments from 75 euros for peninsula and Balearic Islands.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Zinc offers the change:
If the product is in poor condition or in bad condition.
If the product does not correspond to the order placed.
For change of size, color or model.
Cinc will be responsible for all the costs caused by the change and reshipment of the order, except for the change by size, colour or model, as long as the customer lives in Spain. If not resident, the customer must pay all costs.
If the product is in poor condition or defective or does not correspond with the order placed, you must communicate within 10 calendar days from receipt of the goods, via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating model and order reference. A courier company will pick up the package and deliver it to our offices in Cinc.
In case of change of size, color or model, the customer will send the product to the address below, taking charge of all costs. When the package arrives to Cinc, it will be examined and checked its state and if it fulfills all the conditions, the new product will be sent.
In case the customer wants to return the product, he will send an e-mail to email@example.com. In this case, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Once the product has been received, and if it is in the same condition as it was received, a code will be provided with the same amount as the order. This code will be valid for 1 year from the moment it is issued.
